Processing time: Orders are processed within 3-9 business days after payment is received.

Shipping rates:
- USA: Standard shipping $12 | Free shipping on orders over $85
- International: Calculated at checkout

Estimated delivery times:
- USA: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 9-11business days
- Rest of world: 14-30 business days

Tracking: All orders include a tracking number sent via email once shipped.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
